Services We Provide
Survey and Feasibility Studies
On our first visit we would discus initial ideas and viable options, and carry out measured survey of your property in order to produce an accurate set of base drawings.
Concept Design and Planning
Depending on the size of your project we would produce two to three design options for your consideration followed by a meeting, in which we would discuss these options and ask you to pick one of them. If the planning permission is required we would help with the preparation of required documents and the submission.
Technical Design and Tendering
After completing the design stages, we would produce accurate technical drawings and documentation in 2D CAD software, which would serve as part of the application to the building control. We would also assist you with the application to building control and with appointing of other consultants depending on the project, such as structural engineers and party wall surveyors. At this stage we would also help you with facilitating competitive tenders.
Construction
We would assist you with the award of the contract between you and the contractor and optionally would offer monitoring the quality construction process while undertaking site visits.
Interior Design
As one of services, we could create detailed spatial layouts, interior elevations and 3D photorealistic renders which would provide with additional options for your project and help you choose an optimal design option. We would also specify FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment) for your project, enabling an easy and smooth progress towards a desired outcome.
Landscape and Garden Design
As part of our project services, we would produce detailed garden layouts showing designated areas for the lawn, plantings and pavements. Optionally we could suggest detailed options for plantings and help you to restructure your garden. We could also assist you with finding and appointing specialist garden consultants to work with you creating a desired result.
