Residential Landscape | Sevenoaks

The brief for this project was simple – organise a Japanese style garden around the existing hot tub. The main features of the garden are a medium sized patio for gatherings, and a pond. The clients owned a few oriental potted trees which they wished to incorporate into the design of the garden by planting them into the soil. Additional request – privacy around the patio and the hot tub to avoid overlooking from the first floor windows of the nearby houses. Lighting was also suggested to make the garden a feature not only at the daytime but at the night time as well. Drip line irrigation was installed to help look after the garden and reduce consumption of water.
